Stacey Lawson and Paul Fields are not only delighted but thoroughly excited to announce the opening of their restaurant. Stacey and Paul sensed something was missing from the Lincoln dining experience. Paul had always had a passion to open up an independent restaurant and as a local girl Stacey recognised that although Lincoln is a historical City and a very dynamic and growing City, there was a clear need for a relaxed restaurant experience that combined history with modernity.

We are a busy, exciting and vibrant restaurant always trying to bring a slice of Spain to Lincoln through our food and service. Catering for everyone from large families and staff parties to couples and friends looking for something a little different.Established in the summer of 2013, Ole Ole Tapas was the brainchild of both Amador and Alison bringing their expertise and decades of experience of the catering industry to flourish in their very own tapas restaurant. Originally born in the Canary Island of Lanzarote (where the family originally came from) their daughter and both sons decided to join their family venture and follow in the footsteps of their parents and grandparents.     Great food and fabulous service for my husbands birthday meal We ordered 12 tapas for 5 of us and we had ample to eat with a tiny bit left over Such a varied choice and excellent quality food We recently did a tapas and wine tour of Malaga and the quality was similar here in Loncoln Totally recommend

    Delicious treat which has become a Christmas tradition for us! I enjoyed a traditional afternoon tea with a glass of Prosecco and my husband chose the savoury afternoon tea with a beer. Unfortunately they had run out of ale though, so he had to be content with a Peroni. He suggested that a small sweet treat would have been nice to finish off his selection but on this occasion he stole one of mine! Thank you and happy Christmas to all.?

    A lovely lunch for 4 in relaxed surroundings upstairs in the grain store. Great service by our super friendly waitress, great food and a very efficient service from all involved. We have eaten downstairs before but much prefer the upstairs with less hustle and bustle. We will definitely return for a tasty and very good value for money meal.
