Two of our party were a little early for our reservation, but were seated quickly. Our server was excellent, I don’t remember her name. Food was delivered quickly and refills of coffee and tea came often. We were not rushed to leave which was nice.

The Top of Binion’s Steakhouse is a true old-school Las Vegas gem. I had the 16-ounce New York strip, perfectly cooked to medium-well, paired with a beautiful risotto that was rich and flavorful. The service was absolutely incredible—you’re treated like royalty with a team of attentive staff making sure every detail is perfect. The old-school Las Vegas ambiance that overlooks the Circa pool and the Plaza adds a nostalgic charm to the dining experience with a timeless atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a classic Vegas steakhouse experience. Prices were affordable too.

Carson’s Kitchen, Las Vegas – A Must-Visit Culinary Gem! We had an incredible lunch experience at Carson’s Kitchen in Las Vegas. There were four of us, and we made a reservation for Friday lunch. While it wasn’t entirely necessary as we were the first ones there, it quickly became clear why reservations are a good idea—the dining room is intimate, and watching the open kitchen in action added a unique charm to the experience. We started with a few appetizers, and they set the tone for an unforgettable meal. The crispy chicken skins were a revelation, melting in your mouth with every bite. The bacon jam Havarti is a must-have—rich, flavorful, and unlike anything else we’ve tried. But the standout surprise? The hotdog burnt ends, which were shockingly delicious and an unexpected favorite. For our entrees, we each ordered something different but found ourselves wishing we had shared, given how generous and flavorful the appetizers were. The chicken thighs were tender and juicy, the pot roast dip was unanimously declared a table favorite, the steelhead trout had perfectly crispy skin that was pure perfection, and the short rib steak was rich and satisfying. Carson’s Kitchen nails the balance between approachable comfort food and elevated dining. The flavors were bold, the portions satisfying, and the atmosphere cozy yet vibrant. If you’re in Las Vegas, make this spot a priority—and definitely consider sharing so you can try as much of the menu as possible! We’ll absolutely be back.

Our server was awesome!!! He entertained our kids and made them laugh. Due to the boys being picky eaters he was so sweet to accommodate them and let them order butter noodles. Due to us having a late lunch my other half and I decided to share a Caesar salad and 12 oz filet mignon. When bringing it out, it was already split in half for us making it so convenient. He made sure the kids food came our first which is so helpful knowing how kids can be impatient. The way he checked on us and made sure to involve the children and ask them how there food was is rare when dining out. This was the best service we have ever received!!! I'm so sorry I cannot remember your name but thank you for the best dinner experience we have ever received. Definitely will be coming back with the family.

Our experience reached well beyond our expectations. The ambiance was very energetic without our being overwhelming or annoying. For the 30 and over age group, this was definitely our vibe even though the younger crowd would love this atmosphere and food.
