- JJimvipPhiladelphia County •29 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoGreat food and service. Adam M. was very attentive. He stopped by several times to see if we needed anything. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The noise level is a bit high when the dining room is full.More infoTerrain Cafe - DoylestownPrice: Moderate• Farm-to-table• Doylestown•4.7

We went with our kids (7&10) and they loved their food. We will definitely return again and we’re looking forward to trying their afternoon menu at Select Pizza.More infoSelect Pizza|GrillPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Warrington•4.5
- TTonyPhiladelphia County •2 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoThis was our first time at the Water Wheel. I had the Airline Chicken. The sauce is simple, light and compliments the chicken, which was tender and moist. The potatoes were very different. I’m guessing they are a twice cooked new potato with a crispy outer layer, but a creamy center. The asparagus was not too thick and had just a little snap. They were very busy, but the service was good. The noise level is a bit high, but given the large space with hard wood floors it wasn’t that bad.More infoThe Water Wheel TavernPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Doylestown•4.6
- MMattyWashington, D.C. Area •6 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoMy wife and I have been going to the Inn at Barley Sheaf for 15+ years, and we have never had anything except the best experiences there. Our most recent visit on December 5th, 2024 was certainly no exception, other than to say that we both agreed that the meals we had were at the very top of our lists of best meals in our lives - and that is saying a lot coming from foodies like us. To start, I love the concept that the menu is built around the sourcing of the finest local ingredients first, rather than determining a menu and then looking for ingredients. Everything was at the peak of freshness and well prepared so as to complement each other. For appetizers she selected the soup and I had the foie gras (and we shared everything with each other). Both were exceptional. The second course was beef tartare and duck fat roasted carrots. For the entrees, we both selected the NY Strip steak - cooked to perfection with a bordelaise sauce and accompanied with seasonal vegetable, trumpet mushrooms and potato croquettes. To finish, we had a flourless chocolate cake and honeynut squash panna cotta. A perfect ending to a perfect meal. The Chef, Greg Vassos deserves all of the accolades that he has received, and the service provided by Chad was wonderful. We will be returning again. Unfortunately we live 165 miles away, so not as soon as we would like...but it is a definite plan.More infoInn at Barley Sheaf FarmPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• New Hope•4.8
- TTaylorPhiladelphia County •1 review5.0Dined on Nov 12, 2024Hosted lunch for the companies executives and Board Members visiting from various locations. All were impressed with the food options and noted that the meals were delicious. The place was empty given it had just opened for the day which was nice. The group noted service was also excellent, and overall were very pleased with their visit to Villa Barolo. We will utilize their services again in the future!More infoVilla Barolo Ristorante and Wine BarPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Italian• Warrington•4
