Best Lunch Restaurants in Killingworth

My husband and I finally got out for a night and were looking for a unique experience with good food. This was exactly what we were looking for. The waterfall and covered bridge was beautiful. The ambiance was quaint and quiet. The waiter was friendly. And the butternut squash small plate was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten.

The excellent reviews brought us here and we were not disappointed! I’m not a fan of Mexican food, but I will return. Skirt steak, quesadillas, fresh guacamole, jalapeno cornbread, a glass of Malbec. It was a great meal with professional service. I’m looking forward to brunch there soon.

We had a great night at the Griswold Inn. Love the singers! Thank you for adding a gluten free dessert to the menu - it was delicious!! (You did not have one last year and I was disappointed.) We will be back again next year.

Had Christmas Eve dinner. Steamed mussels, shrimp cocktail, steak, scallops and duck all were well prepared and nicely presented. Crème brûlée was the best I have ever had and I order it frequently. It was such a lovely experience! Staff was smiling, food was delicious, gorgeous sunset. Booked it on a whim and it turned out to be a very special evening.

Excellent as usual! We’ve never had a bad meal here and the wine is excellent!
