- LLillieNorthwest Florida •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThis was our first time at Mackenzie's but we will certainly be back. We were sat near the fire place in a quiet area. Our server Brandon was very helpful and attentive. The drinks were fantastic and my partner and I shared a porterhouse cut; also amazing. Dessert didn't disappoint either. We highly recommend and can't wait to dine again.More infoMacKenzie's Chop HousePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Colorado Springs•4.8
- AAngelaVIPDenver / Colorado •10 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoA little difficult to find if you aren’t familiar with the area, as it is tucked in the back of the building. The food and service are amazing. Top notch. It’s a small and intimate atmosphere. The owners and chef run the entire show, and the intimacy of the entire experience is so welcoming in today’s environment of “big”. The chef visited our table before ordering to ask if we had questions, and made recommendations. We had Chicken Kiev and the Branzino. Both were absolutely fantastic. I cannot even think of a suggestion to improve them in any way. One of the owners makes the desserts herself, and we chose the chocolate espresso mousse. It was not overly sweet, and the perfect size for sharing, to top off an amazing dinner. I also tried the Femme Fatale cocktail, which was light, with a twist of sweet. Perfect pairing for seafood. Highly recommend Evergreen for a delicious meal where you want to be able to enjoy conversation, in a setting that feels high end without being stuffy.More infoEvergreen RestaurantPrice: Moderate• European• Colorado Springs•4.6

- CCarolAsheville / Western North Carolina •3 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 29, 2024Part of the Broadmoor, you can count on rather pricey food so that is a given. But the food was REALLY good. We ate lunch here on a cold day in November. I recommend the BBQ bacon wrapped shrimp small plate which I had as my entree, my husbands Vidalia onion rings were outstanding and there was more than enough for the 3 of us. My son loved his boar nachos. Great service, lovely location.More infoRestaurant 1858Price: Very Expensive• American• Colorado Springs•4.4
