Paul Friedman is a Master Chef with over 40 years of experience in the restaurant industry,having owned and operated over 50 successful restaurant concepts in South Africa, Germany, and the U.S. Paul began his career as a manager and worked his way up to franchise owner, then Director of Operations.He opened Paul's Pizza Shops - a nationally recognized pizza concept in Northwest Houston, Texas in 1994.     We selected Chef’s Table to celebrate my husband’s birthday and Valentine’s Day. We are so glad we did! The ambiance and food were amazing! Chef Paul stopped by our table for a conversation and added a special touch to our experience by deboning a South African Sole for my husband. He did it with such grace and you can see he put his love into what he does and it shows! My husband enjoyed it immensely. I had the Cape Point Crossing which is a mix of grilled seafood with calamari prawns mussels and more served over a bed of saffron rice The taste of this dish is indescribably delicious! It’s definitely a entree for 2. We definitely have plans to return soon to try other appetizers and entrees The Chef’s Table has to offer!

    The service is always outstanding. The food is wonderfully prepared. We didn’t have to wait very long on Valentines Day with a reservation. I do not suggest going there without a reservation on a holiday. It’s a wonderful atmosphere and people know it. You can have a conversation and hear each other even though there are other tables nearby. Love Perry’s❣️
