At La Française Bistrot, we bring Family back to the Family ski town, by being one of the only family-operated businesses in Summit County. From father, mother, daughter and son-in-law, we share the best of what our family loves and cherishes: good food, good wine and a good time. We do limit our seating times to 1h30mins for parties of 2, 1h45mins for 3-4 people and 2 hours for larger parties. If you expect your seating time to be longer, please make your reservation for later time slots so that everyone gets to enjoy our restaurant without being rushed! Came here visiting from Texas, just got engaged and man the food and service was perfect to end our night. We got Colorado Lamb Chops and they were off the hook! The service was great as well!

We have lived in Colorado for 20 years and I have never had as good a meal and service as we did at The Carlin. Braised Short ribs were amazing! Shrimp scampi delicious! I'll be going back as this is my new go-to for great dinner and Golden Hour!

Went on a slow Tuesday, so it was pretty quiet. I imagine weekends and peak season it could be noisier since it is a very open space. Food was fantastic...Solid burger and excellent Shrimp & Grits. Big portions too for a resort town. Service was quick and friendly, but it was a little confusing who our actual server was. We had like 4 or 5 people come to the table to help us. Not a big deal, just odd. With the good food, excellent value, and convenient location, this is going to become one of our go-to options in Breckenridge.
