At La Française Bistrot, we bring Family back to the Family ski town, by being one of the only family-operated businesses in Summit County. From father, mother, daughter and son-in-law, we share the best of what our family loves and cherishes: good food, good wine and a good time. We do limit our seating times to 1h30mins for parties of 2, 1h45mins for 3-4 people and 2 hours for larger parties. If you expect your seating time to be longer, please make your reservation for later time slots so that everyone gets to enjoy our restaurant without being rushed! Celebrated husband’s birthday. Happy Birthday card and delicious banana bread dessert nice touch. Grouper/butter lettuce salad and trout entrees amazing. Kudos to Amelia for outstanding service. She was energetic, professional, unhurried (tho extremely busy), helpful, efficient. She was always one step ahead of us on our asks. The front desk staff, chefs, ambiance and Amelia made this evening truly memorable. Thank you! We will be back.

Had a great dinner on a quiet October evening. The lamb chops were exceptional and my wife's chopped salad was beautifully presented and tasted better. Decent wine list at sensible prices and friendly service. We'll be coming back.

Great place to share w family or friends. I am torn about giving this place such a great review because selfishly I’d like to keep it my secret but honestly I think it is one of the BEST restaurants in summit county. Good luck getting a table. Plan ahead. Not a good place to bring young kids who can’t sit still for a leisurely meal (2hrs or so). And don’t for get to visit the bakery next door for fabulous croissants and other wonderful treats. Come early to the bakery otherwise they will be sold out.
