Best Kid Friendly Restaurants in Valley View

My recent visit to Benihana was a truly delightful experience, thanks in large part to my exceptional server, Kevin. While my arrival started with a slight hiccup, the rest of the evening was superb. Upon entering, I encountered a minor issue with my reservation and was kept waiting by the front desk staff, despite arriving on time. However, they were very apologetic about the delay, which I appreciated. The moment I was finally able to speak with Kevin, he immediately stepped in and took care of the situation, ensuring I was seated as quickly as possible and minimizing any further inconvenience. I was particularly impressed with Kevin's attentiveness and understanding. Knowing I was in a hurry to get to another engagement, he ensured my food was prepared and delivered with impressive speed, without making me feel rushed or neglected. He checked in on me regularly while eating, always with a genuine smile, and made sure everything was to my liking. Kevin's friendly and professional demeanor made the experience very comfortable and enjoyable. Speaking of the food, the Wagyu steak I ordered with my birthday coupon was absolutely divine. It was incredibly savory and melt-in-your-mouth delicious – cooked to perfection. The entire meal was a culinary treat, and Kevin's attentive service only enhanced the experience. Overall, my visit to Benihana was fantastic. Kevin's outstanding service, combined with the delicious food, more than made up for the initial reservation issue with the front desk. Their apology and Kevin's subsequent care, particularly his quick service given my time constraints, turned what could have been a slightly frustrating start into a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend Benihana, and if you're lucky enough to have Kevin as your server, you're in for a treat!

First visit for us, we thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service was excellent!!! Our server was very professional and took time to ask us questions as well as offer great recommendations making us feel really comfortable right away, I hate that I was so wrapped up in the moment I didn’t remember his name. But not only him multiple staff members greeted us asked about our experience and just in general spoke kind words to us and one of the hosts even took time to take great pictures of us at the front of the house as well were leaving. She was very patient and kind to us and is was really appreciated! Bravo to the establishment, the staff all seemed like they worked in harmony and made Valentines a very busy day for restaurants seem like a breeze! I will definitely be returning gladly!!! I had the rainbow trout rollintini I guess you’d call it with  cauliflower, and roasted potatoes.  also had for appetizer grilled octopus and a tomato onion leaf lettuce salad delicious as always. 😊🇮🇹🍷

I’m a returning customer so that is a big deal for me. The service,food and atmosphere were all very positive again . The only issue was when the patio heater nearest my table was turned off . My table was not against the restaurant brink exterior but up against the tented wall in the patio section. We were not asked about our temperature comfort level when the patio heater near our table was turned off; It was a very cold night and our feet ended up being cold. Other than that it was pretty great! The fresh “free bread “ all the appetizers and all three meals were delicious! So go!
