Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Toms River

We booked late for Valentine’s Day and could only get a high top at the bar. When the hostess called to confirm our reservation she was so kind and asked if we would prefer a regular table in the dining area and if something opened up she would put us in. When we got to the restaurant it was beautiful and decorated with a huge balloon shaped heart for pictures. We didn’t take any, but it was cute. lol. The hostess sat us in a beautifully decorated room, the tables were spaced perfectly so you weren’t sitting too close to anyone and had privacy for conversations. The waiter was very friendly and attentive as well as the runners. We ordered the charcuterie butcher block, seafood tower and hanger steak. Everything was cooked perfectly and served with perfect timing. We finished the meal with the cannoli dessert. The cannoli’s were delicious, and we are tough critics because we are Italian! Lol Bottoms line….. everything was perfect and we look forward to returning!

First timer…definitely will be going back. Our server Laura was great, professional and attentive. Loved the decor. My husband and I both got the surf and turf (burger slider and lobster roll) The slider was cooked to perfection.

The ambiance was perfection. It was no too loud at all. The drinks were delicious, ice chips in the martini were pure perfection as well. Great drinks !!! Waiter was excellent. DAN P. was our waiter and he was very knowledgeable with the entire menu. Attentive, courteous and checked on us the entire time. He knew the menu well along with all great recommendations made. Kudos to 618 for having a great staff and thank you Dan P. For a great dining experience.

Our waitress was amazing! The food was good. The prices were great. A table next to us was extremely loud but they were having a great evening. Would go back!
