In the evening, The Heritage reopens to feature a relaxed atmosphere, more Continental Cuisine, and our second year students will serve and prepare your meal. The Secchia Institute for Culinary Education restaurants and kitchens are classroom settings. We take pride in them. My husband and I went to Merton’s Prime for Christmas dinner. They had a special menu - there were several choices for main dishes, appetizers, side, dishes, and desserts. There’s an extensive wine and drink menu. We were seated immediately, and our waitress was top-notch. The food was delicious and we had a lovely, relaxing dinner. We weren’t rushed and enjoyed every minute of our experience.

Overall, wonderful lunch. The server didn’t have the “extra” something that many of the other servers have in their engagement with our table. He was good, just not the top tier. I’d recommend more smiles, chatting casually with us, etc. The food was terrific, great presentation.

Tried The Post Tavern for the first time and had a great experience. Server, Scott L, was awesome. Just the right amount of attention. Food was great, portions were large so you definitely worth for the cost. Great atmosphere noise level was perfect for a busy Saturday night so close to Christmas. Definitely will go back.
