Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in North Fort Worth

Had a great Valentine weekend meal. The service was great. Attentive, but not over the top. Spacing of appetizers, salad, entree was good. Had an Old Fashioned and it was one of the best I have had. My wife had lobster and I a steak mid rare. All cooked perfectly. Good value in today’s market. Will definitely go back soon.

Amazing experience! Our server Johnathon, was great, the chef, Landon was amazing and big kudos to the staff who were all super sweet and working hard all night, especially Chris making a TON of pasta! We don’t go out much but will definitely be back for the great food and even better service!

Everything was outstanding in my experience there. The food was amazing, and the waiters were super nice and friendly. Even in a busy day, if you want to request a specific pizza the waiters go out of their way to make sure you get what you asked for. They were what made the experience great. I would definitely go again, and for anyone going for their first time, you won’t be disappointed.

Dined for Valentines. Excellent appetizers and cocktails! Steaks were excellent and paired well with the Firebirds Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon wine. Service was excellent; waiter waitress was awesome! In addition we were approached twice at our table by two different managers checking in to see if all was going well. Great experience! We will definitely return!

Our first time at Whiskey Cake. First of all make reservations; it is very popular. We had reservations and were seated promptly. Our server was Carter and he was excellent; no rush but attentive without over doing it. The food was very good, lots of flavor and portions were not skimpy. We ordered the fried green tomatoes as an appetizer and it was very good, beer battered with a spicy dipping sauce. We shared our main dishes and both of us liked both each others meals as well. I got the Chicken and Waffles and my wife got the fish and chips. Of course we spilt the Whiskey cake dessert and it was amazing; we may try it with Baileys next time to change it up a little. We highly recommend Whiskey Cake.
