Welcome to Murphy's Taproom & Carriage House, in Bedford, New Hampshire. You're invited to try the creative cuisine of Executive Chef Todd Lytle and his team, from Lamb Osso Buco to Waygu Shepherd's Pie. Our Bistro Filet is a local favorite. All of our ingredients are brought in fresh, and many are sourced from local farms. Even the honey for our Hot Honey Salmon comes from a beekeeper in nearby Derry. Besides our large outdoor patio, our restaurant features several private dining rooms for your special occasions, as well as our 300-seat Carriage House. We have 32 craft beers on draft, a wide selection of bourbons and scotches, and a seasonally-rotating cocktail menu. Uno draws its identity and inspiration from the artisan heritage of the original Pizzeria Uno in Chicago, IL. Each restaurant still makes their Deep Dish Pizza dough fresh every morning. Our Chicago Thin Crust Pizzas are jam-packed with bold flavors. And our new Detroit Style Pizza, with its square shape, crunchy and crispy cheese-baked edge and light and airy crust, is a new favorite among our guests. We offer pizzas that are perfect for all meat-lovers, vegans, and gluten-free guests alike!Today, we are as passionate about craft beer as we are our pizza. We work with quality brewers to bring you a selection of some of the best national, regional and local craft beers. Nothing goes better together than pizza and beer! Our menu also features UNO favorites like the Shrimp & Crab Dip and Rattlesnake Pasta as well as a variety of other apps and pastas, salads, burgers and sandwiches, and entrees.

Our waitress Scooter was fantastic!! She explained items in the menu. The owner came over and spoke with us about the history of the building and area. It was a great experience!! If we are ever in town again, we would visit!!! Food was superb and all done exactly as ordered. Wish we had a restaurant like this where we live!

We always get oysters and the salmon tartare. From there we order a couple of additional dishes to share. This evening we had the redfish ceviche and it was truly next level. Chef Isaac was kind enough to speak with us about the best fishes to use in ceviche and share some helpful suggestions for preparation at home. We have just about mastered the beet salad; but, honestly, it’s always better here at Row 34 in Burlington MA. The staff are all professional and friendly. A special shout out to the shuckers!

Service was fantastic, waiter Jalen was super attentive, knowledgable, and personable. Food and drinks were amazing, red sangria always delicious, oysters super clean, briney, scrumptious, roasted garlic app yummy! Caesar salad with Nashville Hot Chicken to die for! Dressing made perfectly, just enough and the chicken, haven’t had better. It’s cooked to perfection, juicy and just the right amount of heat!! Ended with the cookie al la mode…exceptional end to an exceptional experience!!

Had a lovely meal and experience last night at The Hourly. Tasty oysters, creamy rich lobster bisque, wonderful brussels, etc. And the prices aren't terrible for Cambridge. We've recommended to others.
