- SScottVIPPortland / Oregon •10 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoOnce again, out of prime rib early in the evening. Not sure how that can happen in a first-rate restaurant, but it happens more often than it should. Jordan is a great server, attentive, without being in the way of good conversation. She's a "keeper" and we always enjoy having her for our server! The rib eye was excellent even though it wasn't my first choice. My wife's fillet was good too. Please don't ever change your sauteed brussel sprouts recipe, except maybe to use less sugar (it would still be very good!). Great ambience in the upper dining room across from the hostess station, but not so much in the side room past the wine display. Haven't ever been seated in the lower dining area, and prefer the upper one. The food costs have gotten high enough to where we can't dine at Rudy's as often as we'd like to. That's a shame because we love the staff, the food and the ambience.More infoRudy's SteakhousePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Salem•4.4
- DDarrinSan Francisco Bay Area •6 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoFrom start to finish….a stellar dinner experience. The appetizers (charcuterie with bread board) were the perfect start to the dinner. I enjoyed the meat-filled dumplings. The husband enjoyed the cabbage rolls. The adult beverage menu was very impressive. The non alcohol drink list was creative and interesting. Thank you for helping us celebrate our 36th year anniversary. We can’t wait to return and enjoy more culinary treats from your kitchen.More infoKachkaPrice: Expensive• Eastern European• Southeast Portland•4.8
- MMichaelVIPPortland / Oregon •16 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe enjoyed our prefix dinner selections. My wife's tenderloin steak was grilled medium-rare as ordered with shrimp paired with it. She enjoyed the bone marrow butter torched over the steak at the table; a nice presentation. I ordered the Lobster that was served breaded with béarnaise. It was cooked nicely, but I learned that I prefer just the tail with lemon butter. Our server Adam, was helpful, friendly and timely with our meal, not too fast or slow. He was provided good support with a team to meet all needs. The manager stopped by our table to see if we had everything we needed; I always appreciate seeing the management interacting with customers. No one seemed rushed or stressed making a for a pleasant atmosphere. Of course the view is great from the 30th floor.More infoPortland City GrillPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Downtown•4.5
