Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Harwood Heights

I took an old friend to Capital Grille tonight to celebrate his birthday. When making the reservation, I was asked if this was a special occasion. When we arrived, the table was tastefully decorated and a birthday card from the restaurant awaited. Our server, Shavon, was terrific and attentive. After a delicious dinner, a beautifully decorated desert tray and candle arrived. I could not have arranged a better two-person birthday party for my friend. Thanks 'Capital Grille'!

Took a while to get our food, but it was also during the dinner rush, with a concert next door, so not unexpected. Food was very good, but felt over priced. Server was very attentive, drinks came promptly.

A wonderful dining experience! The food was outstanding and Chris’s service was top notch. We will definitely be back!
