Amazing food, great atmosphere and IMPECCABLE service!!

When the hostess' greeting is like a summer breeze on a freezing cold day and the waitress is just as welcoming, you feel this will be a good time. Followed by delicious corn bread, awesome brisket sandwich, great totilla soup and excellent crab cakes, you realize this was truly a perfect day! Thank you Juniper Grill.

Everything was great from the moment we were seated to leaving the restaurant. Our server was particularly amazing. The Swordfish is incredible.

Went to Firebirds with my grandson since he was leaving to go back to college. Lunch was awesome and server was very attentive and sweet. Food was served as expected and on time.

We times at Jackson's for the first time since their remodel following the fire. The food has always been remains good. Our server was excellent. However, there is little to no ambiance as compared to the previous incarnation of Jackson's. This is highly unfortunate. The tables in the bar area and sadly in the main dining room are now cheap and cheap looking what looks like white veneer formica. Won't spend too much time on it, but it's difficult to feel as though it's a fine dining experience. It's understood that the new open floor seating fan is designed to handle more customers per turn. However, between the tables, the closeness of tables, and the lighting choices, there is really no sense of ambience. The entree prices have of course risen with inflation. However, it's difficult to justify those prices with the ambience issues discussed above. Great service. Fine food. Sadly, no longer a fine dining experience.
