Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Blackwood

Overall we had a great experience, the food was good, the ambiance was incredible. However, the service was pretty poor. We had to ask several times for basic things like silverware to eat our food when it arrived. The server forgot a wine I had ordered and we waited a while for drink refills in general.

The special entree was ok. $39 for overcooked red snapper, shrimp, lobster ravoli with veggies and a white sauce. Taste was good and the combination but the fish was way overcooked, needed a knife to cut it and it was still hard.

Just had thanksgiving dinner there, we were seated almost immediately. Dinner was a little slow but they were extremely busy. We had a great waitress named Faith who was very attentive took good care of us. We would definitely go again.

We were greeted, seated and then treated to a lovely dining experience. We started with a couple of the specialty cocktails-Romarin and Nouveau Basilic: their pour was generous as our drinks lasted through our meals. A bonus of a basket of bread was brought to our table, such a rarity! Baguette, sourdough and what seamed a seasonal bread with cranberry and walnuts with beurre---seemed such a treat! Our waiter was attentive and made well informed dinner suggestions after asking us our preferences and we enjoyed the beef bourguignon; duck a l'orange and roasted chicken. Parc has made our top 10 list of places to eat while in Philly!

The food was outstanding. Everything was well-cooked, flavored and seasoned to perfection (from the grilled octopus to the fried calamari.) The variety of the menu is eye-popping. Also, their in-store bakery is to die for. Well worth the trip.
