The oakwood smoker fills the restaurant with aromas of BBQ baby back ribs, Wood Oven Duck, and our Oooeee Smoked Pork. Specialties include Seared Ahi Tuna on sesame crackers and Crispy Calamari tossed with curried slaw.     We have been fans of Fume Bistro since it opened. We moved to Tennessee a couple of years ago, but when we came back to Napa for a short visit, going back to Fume was a no-brainer for us. Always great food and service and it was a bonus to see several long time employees and customers. A+

    We have been to DG close to 20 times over the years and love this place. This time though it was different.. even better just because of one person who elevated the entire experience for us. He was generous with the bread and even packed some for my daughter who absolutely loves their bread and always says that she will never love a boy like she loves the bread you guys bake. Thank you Angus. You made our day special. Thank you again.

    The luncheon menu features unique ingredient combinations, unexpected flavors, innovative menu choices, and locally sourced ingredients, all superbly prepared. The Dungeness crab fondue was terrific. I ordered the Short Rib Ravioli with porcini mushroom ragu, plated with freshly grilled asparagus and topped with pecorino. Every bite was mouth-watering. My guest raved about her Forest Mushroom Risotto. The seasonal pumpkin cheesecake was amazing.
