- AAlanLondon •22 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoI can honestly say this was the most enjoyable meal I have had for a long time. A regular foodie to Michelin restaurants throughout the world which I say not to show off but to put in perspective. The food itself was exceptional, beautifully presented with all the grandeur of the fancy chefs but somehow making it a meal. When did you last have such superb pig’s trotters. We loved it. I could go into all the pompous descriptions but it is easier to say just go, you cannot be disappointed. That being said don’t do it too soon because I’m aiming to return to have other items that caught my attention and would hate to think I couldn’t get in. The lady, and I’m so cross I didn’t get her name, that looked after us was wonderful. Efficient, professional but mostly delightful. We honestly felt cared for. We loved the ambiance too. Somehow discreet, very comfortable and peacefully quiet. Downside? We ordered three puddings between the two of us (don’t judge us, it’s hard to choose) and they are such large portions we couldn’t finish them. My street cred as dessert king in tatters. Also seasonal veg not available as a side. The chef very kindly prepared some extra veg which was much appreciated.More infoThe Drumming SnipePrice: Moderate• British• Woking•4.4
- OTOpenTable DinerLondon •2 reviews5.0Dined on Feb 28, 2025We recently had the pleasure of dining at Linden Restaurant, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting atmosphere. The food was nothing short of exceptional. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. For the main course, we had a range of steaks, battered haddock and soup of the day, and it was simply all outstandingly—cooked to perfection with rich, well-balanced flavors. The portion sizes were generous without being overwhelming. To top it all off, the dessert was a masterpiece. The sticky toffee pudding and chocolate and salted caramel torte were the perfect ending to an already amazing meal, with just the right amount of sweetness. The service was impeccable. Our server was knowledgeable, attentive, and made fantastic recommendations. The staff’s passion for hospitality was evident in every interaction. Overall, Linden Restaurant exceeded all my expectations. The combination of outstanding food, top-notch service, and a welcoming ambiance makes this a must-visit dining destination. I can’t wait to return and try more from their incredible menu! Highly recommended!More infoLinden Restaurant at Macdonald Frimley Hall Hotel & SpaPrice: Expensive• British• Camberley•3.8
