Koshō Restaurant at The Barlow is a modern Japanese and sushi restaurant in Sebastopol with a progressive focus on food, local ingredients, and sustainability.     Portico offered a wonderful Valentine's couple's menu that included 4 delicious courses for an incredible value in this day and age. We really appreciate them as one of the few restaurants that isn't trying to gouge their customers. And the food is amazing. We keep coming back.

    The service, the food were superb! The only reason I gave fewer stars was about half of the indoor dining area has uncomfortable seating. Bankette seats were too high yet tabletops ridiculously low. The tables in the center had low chairs and high tabletops. The booths are great and the covered outdoor seating is high quality. Friendly and attentive wait staff and delicious food. This place is right around the corner from my house and I want this place to be successful for many years to come.
