Claro is dedicated to making everything by hand, including the masa, cheeses, chorizo and moles. The food is always excellent. I felt sorry for the staff; the service was terrific, but they were understaffed, even though it's a small restaurant. I am unsure how they managed on a busy weeknight during the holiday season, but kudos to the manager/owner.
