Professional Chefs, both Student & Staff. District 21 is the final stop for Francis Tuttle Culinary students on the path to a professional career. Students who work in the on-campus restaurant are passionate about seeking a profession in the industry and are looking for real-world experience to prepare them for that future job.Each of our professional chefs who work in the kitchen with students has at least over a decade of experience in the field, and some have multiple decades. Jason Marsh and Bill Leib have worked in a variety of culinary settings: restaurants, hotels, and catering businesses for events with thousands of people in attendance. They also bring a love of various cuisines and cooking styles, from Chef Bill’s Asian cuisine specialty to Chef Jason’s enjoyment of Southern Style cooking.     A fantastic refined dining experience in the city! The flavors were amazing across the board. The staff does a fantastic job of spacing the dishes and making sure you have everything you need. The ceviche was to-die-for and the banana bread dessert with peanut butter mousse was incredible.

    We loved the Valentine Dinner experience. They had a mocktail, relish tray, and the BEST filet mignon ever ver!! The filet was so tender, it melted in your mouth!! A very enjoyable experience

    One of the top food experiences I’ve ever enjoyed. My date and I each had the 3 course chef’s tasting menu. The chef came to our table to learn our preferences and then customized each course to our liking, he truly knocked it out of the park. When my date let him know that she is not a big meat eater, he customized the second course to include a gorgeous piece of red meat for me, while bringing my date a polenta cake that she thoroughly enjoyed. The chef personally delivered each dish himself and asked for feedback along the way to make sure we were happy with his choices. I have not had such a custom dining experience before, it was really special. Our server was also very good, had great menu knowledge and was very attentive to our needs. This spot is truly remarkable in every way, I can’t wait to return.
