- BSBillSMelbourne •9 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoChocolate Buddha is our 'go to' restaurant when we are in the city near Fed Square. The food is wonderful and there are plenty of tasty dishes for vegetarians. Staff are always welcoming, friendly and attentive even when things are really busy - as they were yesterday with the Robbie Williams concert coming up in the afternoon at Fed Square. A special thank you to our waitress yesterday who looked after us and our five year old granddaughter on the West Terrace. Looking forward to seeing you again soon. - JJa TsunMelbourne •1 review4.0Dined 7 days agoThe food and view were Ok. Staff are quite nice too. Probably worth the money. I requested for Birthday Writings on the plate during the reservation. But, it was not provided and nobody told me that i should not be expecting for that too. Just a little disappointed as I wanted to surprise my partner.More infoVue de mondePrice: Very Expensive• Modern Australian• Melbourne CBD•4.9

It was like being Alice in Wonderland, the setting, the music , the staff and the food are like nothing you have ever experienced before. Rony and his team are exceptional and there is such a joy that comes with this whole dining experience that you have to see it to believe it. This has become our top restaurant ever! WOW. Thank you so very much.More infoShelanousPrice: Very Expensive• Australian• Port Melbourne•5
- LLindaVictoria •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 20, 2024If you want a review of the steaks at Meat Maiden, scroll on. I didn’t order steak…which is perhaps akin to going to Red Rooster and not ordering chicken. I went for the miso cauliflower, perhaps not the first choice of most diners. But I made our reservation because I knew my mega-carnivorous husband would love it. And he did. So yes, the food was excellent. Go for the food. But waaaaaaaay better than the food were the staff. Unlike the current trend for waitstaff to make it obvious they’d rather be anywhere than taking your food order, MM staff all genuinely looked like they wanted to be there. They were joyful, engaging and had each other’s backs. They worked together like a well oiled machine and it was fun and heart warming to watch. I’d go back for the chips. For the crème caramel, for the cauliflower and the donut. My husband would go back for the burnt ends and the pork belly and scallops. But most of all, we’d go back for Nathan and the rest of the staff.More infoMeatmaidenPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Melbourne CBD•4.7
