Review of Fairmont Hotel Tea Event We had a wonderful experience at the Fairmont Hotel's tea event. The ambiance was absolutely delightful, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was excellent—they were attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. One suggestion for improvement would be to include a wider variety of sandwich options, similar to what is offered at Victoria. Expanding the selection would elevate the experience even further. It would also be great if this event were held more frequently, as it’s such a lovely experience that many would enjoy attending more often. Overall, it was a memorable event, and we look forward to returning in the future!

The bottomless brunch was the best brunch I have ever had - varied menu, order anything and as much as you want off of the menu - can’t pick a favourite. Lobster Mac and Cheese? Cheese soufflé? Smoked salmon Benedict? ++

Always a great time here! Alex was our server today and he did a great job, very engaging and entertaining. He was knowledgeable and consistently check with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Kerry, the manager, is excellent at overseeing the restaurant and touching each table at some point! The food is amazing, the service is exceptional and overall it is a great place to go out and eat!

Awesome service and delicious food in a beautiful restaurant. The food presentation is beautiful and is served promptly. I highly recommend the scallops and if available the, uni. The brussel sprouts are addictive. I will have the lamb on my next visit. For desert, the Green Tea Opera is outstanding! Don’t miss this gem in Vancouver!

Vivian was spectacular as always. So attentive, she knows exactly what we need before we even know we need it. Attention to detail, the courses came out at the perfect time. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from her and the chef’s at Diva! Thank you!
