- TTylerPhiladelphia County •5 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoCore de Roma has been our favorite Italian restaurant in the Philadelphia area since we discovered their original location in West Chester 8 years ago. We were sad when they had to close their West Chester location! Now that they’re in Belmont Hills they’re a little harder to get to but SO worth the trip. Gigi and Judy run a fantastic restaurant that feels like a family visit to Rome every time we go! The value and the authenticity can’t be beat. Gigi’s recipes are authentic Roman Italian recipes the way Italian food was meant to be enjoyed. Judy makes most of the desserts herself and they’re absolutely worth saving room for! HIGHLY recommended. Try the suppli, the penne vodka, the core de Roma salad and don’t skip on Judy’s cannolis! Go and discover this hidden gem!More infoCore de Roma Belmont HillsPrice: Moderate• Italian• Bala Cynwyd•4.8
- OTOpenTable DinerPhiladelphia County •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoEverything we had food-wise was delicious! My husband got the buffalo wings and the regular burger with fries and he loved everything. I got the peel and eat shrimp and the ahi tuna salad (with modifications to make it gluten free for me). My only small gripe was the salad itself was kind of small for $21. I’m not complaining about the amount of tuna; rather, I would have liked more greens and veggies to make it more substantial and entree-sized for the price. I still had room for a healthy pre-bedtime snack when I got home 30+ minutes after we left. Our waitress was great! We didn’t have any of the cocktails this time but we can’t wait to come back and try them, plus many of the other options for food sounded great. I appreciate the ample amount of gluten free options as well. Our friends also had burgers, with one of them having the goat cheese burger (they both loved their burgers) and they also shared the hot honey wings- which they said were more sweet than spicy but still very good.More infoThe Highland Restaurant & BarPrice: Moderate• American• Glenside•4.6
- AAlistairPhiladelphia County •2 reviews5.0Dined on Feb 15, 2025Considering it was a very busy Valentines day, seeing the lines at the check-in made me very glad I had a reservation for a month. Kitchen was busy but our wonderful server Matt made sure to set the expectation of a wait. This is our third time being lucky having Matt as our server and he's just great!More infoIron Hill Brewery - Chestnut HillPrice: Moderate• American• Chestnut Hill•4.1
