Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Robbinsville

In an area where Italian is everywhere this place stands on its own. From start to finish an elevated experience. Incredible service, unbelievable food. Staff was attentive and informed, helped guide our wine selection and dessert. I’m already looking forward to our next dining experience here. The live music trio was the icing on a lovey evening. Johnson is a magician with the spatula, The food is always incredible, well prepared and one of our favorite restaurants. Everyone is friendly, professional and welcoming. The desserts are terrific as well.

Mediterra is hands down our favorite restaurant in Princeton. The servers are attentive and helpful, the bartenders and chefs are top notch, and we've never ordered anything off their pleasing menu we didn't love. Their pastaless lasagna (a vegetarian dish) is the best I've ever had anywhere (and I'm not even vegetarian.) Their homemade whole grain bread is outstanding (as is the seasoned olive oil they serve as an accompaniment) and we always enjoy their shellfish, cocktails and seafood, too. Plus, they're open all day, for those who like later lunches and they have a great dog-friendly outdoor seating area with heaters for cooler days. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that I do so wish they'd bring back their delectable mushroom tacos and continue the vegan menu they offered last month, as we have many vegan friends we'd like to invite. That said, they are very accommodating about making adjustments to existing offerings where they can. Oh, and fabulous cocktails and wine menu too.

The food was delicious. The service was excellent. A lot of the interior decorations was left over from the previous restaurant (Palace of Asia). All in all, a very enjoyable dinner.
