Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Franklin

Food was excellent. When my companion ordered the wasabi salmon, our server warned us that some people hadn’t liked it because the wasabi wasn’t strong, but she had it anyway. And it was incredibly delicious. Highly recommended. We’ll be back!

We went for Christmas dinner! We started off with the fresh oysters, and the crispy pork belly (amazing)! Then I had the Grilled Cesar salad (very well dressed with fresh anchovies. For the main entrees we had 3. First our guest had the Prime Rib (huge portion and cooked perfectly) second we had the Quails ( not the best my wife has had but good), and finally I had the Lobster risotto (1.5 lbs of lobster to include the claws and full tail) the risotto was cooked perfectly and the lobster was as good as I’ve had in Boston! The drinks were great from the Tequila Sunrise, Mojito, and the bartenders favorite flight of Whiskies! I would highly recommend 1799 Kitchen and Cocktails for any special event or just a great evening out!

I’ve lived in Nashville for four years now and this was our first time at January. We will absolutely be going back. Service was incredible, everything we tried was very tasty, ambiance was so nice, and at a better price point than you will find in other nice restaurants in Nashville.
