Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Cape Elizabeth

Delightful meal, as always, at David’s 388! But this one was especially lovely : we were given one of our fave tables at the window, overlooking the sidewalk and DiPietros… there were string lights overhead and the snow was falling outside. It felt magical. Service was absolutely wonderful- from the host at the door, to our server, to the food runner who brought our meals! So friendly and thoughtful. This is exactly why we love this little neighborhood gem. xo

Our first time to Prima and it was a great experience. Katherine was our server and she was spectacular. She gave us great recommendations and was knowledgeable about the menu. We were running late for our reservation and the hostess could not have been more accommodating. We had the tuna crudo and meatballs. Tuna was fresh and the red sauce with the meatballs was chefs kiss* My boyfriend and I have just moved to the area and were excited to check out Prima, the hype is real. We can’t wait to return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had not been back to David’s for a number of years due to location; however, we were thrilled with the entire dining experience starting with their willingness to slightly change our reservation time in order to move to a table and have a longer seating time. The service was superb and not rushed, yet attentive. The choices offered under each course were all scrumptious which made it difficult to choose, but we did choosing the lamb and duck dishes as our mains. Cooked perfectly at medium rare for both, eating them was to experience well blended yet not overpowering flavors and perfectly sized portions. The appetizers were equally impressive but I must say the sea salted cashew caramel chocolate torte was divine! A great dining experience and would highly recommend for a special evening.

A genuinely excellent Italian dining experience in Portland Maine's Old Port. The focus on locally sourced ingredients makes a big difference. The chef (from Genova) makes the most of the local fresh seafood. Service was perhaps the best we have had in Portland, which is a pretty high bar, but still, better here.

First time eating at Thames Landing and it did not disappoint. Started with the deviled eggs that were amazing. Our table had the salmon and beef stew that were both delicious. Our server was knowledgeable and made great suggestions. Highly recommend. Visit before the masses find out about this hidden gem.
