Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Manitou Springs

As always, the food and ambiance were wonderful, we had our great server Tyler, and will always pick this for special occasions.

CS is the best restaurant in Colorado Springs, without a doubt. Their service and food are top notch. Jason is an excellent server and pays attention above and beyond every time we're there. Beef seems to have decreased in quality the past few years, but not so at CS. Their steaks are always done to perfection, tender and delicious. We've never had a poor experience at CS.

GREAT place to dine! My husband and I visited to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Even though we were among strangers, we felt we were at home with friends. The food was great, the service is extraordinary, and we highly recommend the Summit Restaurant. I can't get over the staff. They are amazing. We had a glitch with one of our dishes. They were so gracious and made things more than right. We will return and enjoy this wonderful place for another enjoyable meal!

Always an amazing meal here, by far some of the best Italian in the Springs. Ryan was a fantastic waiter and they care for people with dietary specifics. Love coming here again and again
