We had a fantastic evening at Marmalade, what an unexpected find in Old San Juan! Our guide for the evening, Gabrielle was very knowledgeable about all our courses and the wines that Chef paired with each. The signature white bean soup was incredible, sweet pea pasta with rabbit and B3 dessert - all highly recommended! It was hard to make a bad decision. Great conversation and a really wonderful experience, thank you!

We had the best meal ever last night at cochina abierta. The chef surprised and delighted us with every course. We appreciated that there were so many vegetables used and so many flavours in one dish. We have never had a better meal in San Juan anywhere and that's saying a lot. Again. Such an innovative and delicious evening. We will be back!!! Are so interested to learn about all the other projects as well

We are so confident that we just had one of the very best lunches EVER!! The restaurant was so clean and welcoming! The service was amazing and the food was brilliantly beyond words!!! The experience exceeded our expectations!! Everything was delicious!!! Tuna tacos, creamy garlic grilled shrimp. a special with corned beef hash and chicken quesadillas. 5 Stars!! Must visit!!
