Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Coral Bay

Beautiful table at sunset. Our table of four hot prime rib, chicken, sea bass, and snapper, all very good. Our waiter Brandon was very efficient, responsive and super friendly. We really enjoyed our experience!

I cannot begin to describe how incredible this place is. The service, the food, the drinks. We tried the Foccacia, the Meatballs and the Calamari for appetizers. All were wonderful, but the meatballs are to die for! My son had Alfredo with Chicken, and they allowed him to swap penne for fettuccini. All the pasta is homemade and delicious! His friend had Chicken Francese and they allowed him to swap the polenta for linguini. And I had the Snapper Piccata as a recommendation from our server….it was amazing! I would have loved to try dessert but we could barely walk out of the place we were all so full. We are visiting during the holidays and they had a nicely decorated Christmas tree in the dining room, which made us feel at home. If you’re expecting an open-air environment like so many places are in St. Thomas, this isn’t like that. It’s more of an upscale but comfortable vibe and the A/C is effective, so you may want a light sweater or jacket. What made the experience even better than the food and the ambience, was the service. It was apparent that everyone there wanted us to enjoy ourselves and went above and beyond to make that happen. We loved Pesce so much we plan to return before we depart to go home.

Amazing experience. The bartender was superb! He had the best vibe and made the experience so much better! The food was amazing!

Get a 5:30 res if you can. Perfect timing for a completely relaxed and pampered sunset celebratory dinner. Fish was excellent and desserts were out of this world. Budino best we have ever had. Thank you to the staff!!!

While it has been awhile since we were last here, this experience was like our previous ones. The food was very good and nicely presented. We STT at the bar and the service was great and our bartender/waitress was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu with suggestions that were spot on. Of course the views are hard to beat on St J.
