Best Family Style Restaurants in Pico Rivera

We celebrated my birthday today and the food and service were excellent. Always deliciously tasty and with the right environment: cozy and elegant.

Last evening was my first visit to Girl & the Goat. I could not have asked for a better first impression/tasting of any restaurant in Los Angeles. From the wait-staff to the chef of the evening, we were treated as VIPs. The drinks were described to a T, and were served immediately. Note: the Goat Fashioned was probably the best, smoothest, New Fashioned I’ve ever had. We ordered seven items from the menu, which were brought to us in the order of our servers discretion - each one was outstanding. My guests and I took a vote of our top two favorites, and it was a complete mix – everything was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Food was high quality, fresh and light. Service was above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back.

Our server was Outstanding. I haven’t experienced service like that in a long time. I would definitely go back for that kind of service. Our server’s name was Carmen.

We ordered the smoked watermelon appetizer, California Ciabatta sandwich with salad, cornbread, and burnt ends Mac & cheese. It was all delicious. Our friends ordered tri tip and Salmon with crispy Brussels. They loved it aa well. Our server was very friendly. We’ll definitely come back!
