- AAlJacksonville / Northeast Florida •13 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOur meal was very good. We only had a party of two, which is a bit of a challenge for a restaurant where food is served family-style. For most people, an entree can easily serve two people. If you are light eaters, perhaps even three. We shared a chicken scalloping in lemon butter sauce ($32). The chicken was very tender, and the sauce was good enough to dip bread in. The dish also had a bed of sautéed spinach below the chicken. We also shared a mixed greens salad ($30) which was HUGE. It could easily serve 4 people. The salad was a nice mixture of greens with tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, pepperoncinis, and olives in their house Italian dressing. My only complaint is why they would put pitted olives in a salad. Not that hard to pick out and eat individually, but it would be possible to scoop one up with some lettuce and bite into it without knowing. The servers seemed to work very hard, though the number of tables they had meant it was a tad slow. The vibe was very good, and everyone seemed to be having a good time. We will definitely keep Carmine’s on our list for future New York trips, especially if we are in groups larger than two.More infoCarmine's - 44th Street - NYCPrice: Moderate• Italian• Theater District•4.6

You could taste the cooking oil and not much else. Not served with a dipping sauce or anything else. We also had a ground chicken dish that was excellent, as were the meatballs and the yellowtail. We let the server know about the shrimp so she could let others know that might order it since the restaurant is new. She mentioned that it was a common comment and took it off our bill which was above and beyond. Desserts were wonderful, we had a coffee something and a rainbow sherbet cake. We will be regulars!More infoTwin TailsPrice: Expensive• Southeast Asian• Upper West Side•4.8
- AAndrewvipOrlando / Central Florida East •15 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoYou must try this restaurant. The team that works here is amazing. All of them. The host and hostess were so sweet and polite. We felt welcomed to be there while we waited about a minute to get our table. The lounge and bar are beautiful. Our server was the sweetest. I accidently tossed the receipt so I don't have her name. Our bussboy/server assistant was great as well. The food runner was so polite and informative about all of our dishes. Now lets talk about the amazing food, plating and dish selections. They could not have done a better job if they tried. We loved it all and the homemade pita bread was to die for. The most delicious hummus. The beat and pear salad, the house salad and the eggplant we just some delicious. The falafel just melted in your mouth. There were mouth watering meatballs as well. There were pickled vegetables and a yummy salad as well. It was well balanced. The small plates and bowls with the color selections were something off of a cooking show. You will be spoiled by it all. We skipped dessert, only because we were trying to be good. The pumpkin dessert and the chocolate candy bar cake was enjoyed by others around us. It looked so amazing. I did get the Lebanese coffee semi sweet and there take of an espresso martini that was made with tequila. Both were so delicious. Before leaving I made sure to tell the managers how wonderful everything was so they could let the team know. They were so appreciative and humble. I could tell they all love working there. If you want to have an amazing time, you must eat here. You will not be disappointed.More infoililiPrice: Expensive• Lebanese• Gramercy Park•4.7
- NNerissaNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoWe watched the Thanksgiving parade today and since it finished earlier than we thought, we showed up almost an hour early for our reservation. But they were able to work something out to take us in. They sat us in the basement of the restaurant, like their cellar since the walls were filled with unopened wine bottles. The ambiance was still good and the noise level was much quieter, too than the main dining area. We ordered a pitcher of sangria, grilled octopus for appetizers, seafood with black pasta and Tony's veal for our main entrees and affogato and tiramisu with coffee for dessert. We were very happy and satisfied with our food. They were all excellently prepared like we expected. Will definitely keep coming back! Tony's is one of our favorite restaurants to go to in NYC. Service was also superb!More infoTony's Di Napoli - MidtownPrice: Expensive• Italian• Theater District•4.7
