In 2022, Callie was acclaimed as one of America's top new restaurants by Esquire and Robb Report, and received both a Bib Gourmand and a Plate from the Michelin Guide. We had an absolutely fabulous time at Seneca-first time visit. Great outdoor view table and even tho it was late December the heaters made it just fine being outside. Wonderful service, good pricing for the quality and we loved everything about it. Started with cocktails then Calabrian sausage pizza and caesar salad-both were outstanding (Caesar is lighter than typical which we really enjoyed) then main courses of casarecce alla vodka pasta, 16oz NY strip and chicken alla diavola....then a couple of gelatos to share for dessert......pretty much everything was perfection--not sure if we just got lucky but nothing to complain about AT ALL (which is kinda no fun). We liked the casual vibe but upscale experience. FOR SURE will come back again. A+

In town for a concert at Petco Park and was looking for a steak restaurant in the gas lamp district. What a surprise! We were a tad skeptical with the options of apps and sides but absolutely everything was top notch and we loved our dining experience. All servers were extremely friendly and fun yet super professional!

We love making reservations for the holidays. Great ambiance, good food, and always excellent service. The staff is very attentive and friendly! Our chicken dish needed to be crispy but we declined on getting another dish. The waiter brought a new one anyway. And we got to keep the other dish, which was just fine at no charge. I always tip big to give the server a smile on their face. They remember me when I come back.

Attended the 5-course Christmas Eve dinner. It was worth every penny- from start to finish it was coursed beautifully, ingredients were fresh and cooked perfectly to temp, plating was festive and colourful; and all this with just the right timed check-ins from my bartender/server James. The couple next to me did the wine pairing and everything was explained nicely and paired well... along with some fun history & stories- I opted for the cocktails which were creative and utilized some lovely ingredients as well as being well balanced.

Very nice fish broth as a complementary appetizer. Then we shared the table side Caesar salad and the molcahete hot appetizer with chicken, shrimp, beef, asparagus etc. Plenty for a light dinner for two. Excellent lime margaritas, too.
