iSLAS means Islands, a Filipino restaurant located in Parkdale, Toronto. The name “iSLAS” represents the 7,641 islands that make up the Philippines. Filipino cuisine is a blend of Austronesian, Malay, Chinese, Spanish, American, and indigenous influences. The flavors are a combination of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy.
