- JJimAustin •94 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe Brunch at La Piscina is very good. We love going there. The food is very high quality. The staff is friendly, efficient, and attentive. Although the menu has added a number of items for brunch, we chose the Brunch Fajita which we like very much. The Brunch Fajita includes eggs, usually sunny-side up but we prefer scrambled, beef or chicken, peppers & onions, breakfast potatoes and a roasted jalepeno pepper served on an iron skillet with corn or flour tortillas. It is enough food for both of us. The venue is pretty and airy.More infoLa Piscina Ceviches & FajitasPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Mexican• Downtown•4.9

Highly recommend booking the bar if you have a smaller party size. I always look forward to coming back!More infoJ Carver'sPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.9
- EELISEAustin •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWhat a memorable night! It was worth the wait of having to make a reservation months in advance. We dined on a Friday evening and there was such a synergy to the entire restaurant. Even the Chef on expo looked so at ease with tickets flying in, he stopped and said hi to a smiling baby. Our server Kevin made us feel welcomed and as if we were the only table he was serving, just flawless. The steak cut like butter, it was perfect and highly recommend. The gnocchi reminded me of the last time I was in Italy, just delicious fluffy pillows. Our 9 year old had the Bolognese and it was bursting with flavor which was unexpected but delightful. We also had the meatballs and garlic bread, a perfect way to start the meal. Save room for dessert, you will not be disappointed. The only criticism was that our table was by the entry door and it was drafty and cold. I had to keep my jacket on during dinner, but other than that we look forward to returning in March!More infoRed Ash ItaliaPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Downtown•4.9
- CcarylVIPAustin •23 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 12, 2024Overall, as usual, another fantastic addition to the Uchi family of restaurants. Outstanding. The food, the service, the menu - impeccable. The one thing that I found surprising was (IMO) the lack luster of the ambiance. I have always loved the aesthetics of his restaurants - this one fell flat to me. Our server, Anthony, was fabulous! I’m partial to Uchi and Uchiko.More infoUchiba AustinPrice: Very Expensive• Sushi• Downtown•4.8
