Best Dog Friendly Restaurants in Macquarie Park

We went for an early dinner before a show, and the whole experience was excellent. Welcoming team, great food, flexible timing. There were seven of us and we all really loved the restaurant and look forward to returning.

Bistro Kai is probably the closest you will come to fine dining in Chatswood without any of the pretentiousness. The decor is comfortable and quite spacious and the service is not intrusive but friendly and helpful. The food is exceptionally good - we tried the octopus which was so very tender and well seasoned, the softest and tastiest sourdough from Cherrymoon Bakery that was toasted and served with a whipped Japanese style butter, the roasted brussel sprouts, the most tender wagyu beef short rib, a delicious chicken maryland with crisp skin and tender meat resting on mashed potato and an amazing abalone gravy (an amazing combo you should try) and their famous cheeseburger which was wonderful as usual. Paired with perfectly balanced creative cocktails, with the Pandan and Ube Irish Coffee and the Chonky Charlie Chaplin a particular standout. Very sad that their iconic tiramisu is not on the menu at the moment but hopefully will see a revival sometime soon! It is not cheap but not the most expensive either - our lunch came to $110pp including 2 alcoholic drinks each and 2 courses. But the food was exceptional and well worth the price. Definitely would recommend!

A great location and very well made pizza and pasta. The salads were delicious, although a bit pricey at almost $30, including protein. Excellent wine list with some good value bottles. Beer was nice and chilly.

After moving overseas I haven’t been to Garfish for some years. It was great to go back and find it was as fantastic as I remembered. They always deliver - delicious food, excellent service and a buzzy atmosphere. One of my favourite places.

We found this place on OpenTable and hadn't heard of it so we weren't sure what to expect, and we absolutely loved it! Wonderful food, and wonderful service. We'll definitely be back.
