Our menu is seafood focused with fresh seafood direct from the trawlers next door. A hidden gem in the seaside village of Shorncliffe, but only a train ride from Brisbane. FICK Brewing Company is a local neighbourhood brewery with an indoor bar and a covered outdoor beer garden. The owners are Luxembourgish and Australian so the food is representative of that with the European-style street food such as hand-cut, double-cooked chips with Dutch Mayo, Tarte Flambees (French-style pizzas), Belgian Mussels and chips (Moules Frites), Currywurst (chopped Bratwurst with curry ketchup on chips), Farinata (North Italian chickpea pancake), as well as Wagyu beef burgers. Fick Brewing is a funky little suburban bar with great, friendly service! Drinks were cold, meals were served quickly & a good range. Great vibe out the back in the beer garden area! Highly recommend!
