Our family has been so grateful and privileged to enjoy some of the globe’s best dining experiences in 6 of 7 continents and we all agreed it might have been a decade or decades since we’d had food as interesting and creative and with such enhancement of the original ingredients as we just had at Wild Blue. Oyster enhancements were the most amazing and creative and downright delicious. The chicken was the most satisfying I’ve ever had. The steak for my husband was cooked perfectly. Out of this all, what was best was the service by Mary. She made my mother’s birthday the most thoughtful and important. She cared and focused on everything we asked for with such care and kindness! Mary was so knowledgeable of the food, the preparation and how to provide us recommendations that made our meal even more amazing.
