Best Date Night Restaurants in The Flats

Unfortunately, they did not see our reservation when we arrived and the hostess seemed very annoyed. She didn’t take us to the table. She just pointed. It was also the waiter’s first official day and he had not learned any of the specials or the desserts. So he just to out the book and read to us. Food was tasty though and the atmosphere is very nice.

Amazing brunch on Sunday before the game. Our food was delicious, our server, Ashton, provided really positive energy throughout our encounter. Ashton was an awesome resource for meal suggestions. It was our first time at Lago, but I cannot wait for my second ❤️💯👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

This is the model for a great seafood restaurant… came here serendipitously two years ago not expecting anything.. was shocked a restaurant this good could be so far from an ocean. Returned today… hoping it was still great. It is. The staff greeted us warmly as if we were well-liked regulars. The atmosphere softly lit, with every table full, yet without feeling over-crowded. The menu just right… all the favorites.. with nice touches and specials… all fresh. Dessert offerings were solid… and maybe that best describes this restaurant… a solid 9 out of 10. It would hold its own in Manhattan, Miami Beach , Boston or LA.

The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was definitely very nice. Our waitresses Denise was very good and kept up with everything. We will be back on New Year's Eve!

We went on a slow Monday midafternoon to celebrate our engagement! The Ikura was amazing, and the portion of crab Poke was generous and very delicious. The house salad came out lightning fast too! I would Highly recommend this place to any couple as a fun weeknight date or a special occasion. The photos don't do the ambiance justice. Can't wait to see what this place looks like in the evening!
