It was served medium well. I am a brittle diabetic and if I sent the steak back to the kitchen, it could have been at least a 15 minute delay before I could eat. I did not want my blood sugar levels to drop to a dangerous low. The rest of my party would have completed their dinner, since the food portions were quite small. The food was great (we shared a meal for two) and the service was outstanding. We didn’t catch the name of our server (the receipt says Sabrina) but she made this a fantastic dining experience. Our server, Ralph, was outstanding from start to finish…professional but very friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, offered great advice regarding menu items, our food arrived quickly and piping hot, water & coffee were refilled as needed. We opted for the Cannelloni and the Creamy Penne Arrabbiata with chicken - both were outstanding! We shared the Tiramisu for dessert. This is some of the best Italian food we’ve had.
