Joe was professionally trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park, New York. Before opening his other restaurant, Zia’s Trattoria (located one block west of Café Touché at 6699 N. Amazing atmosphere, great selection of local and Czech food, and welcoming staff members. Some waitresses were not as knowledgeable about the food ingredients and beverage as I would expect. Overall, we had a good time and we would come back again.
