- SSamanthaWashington, D.C. Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoGreat food, service, staff and overall experience. We were a group of 6 including two 7 year olds and one has severe food allergies. The staff was excellent. They made us comfortable and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. This was also the weekend leading into Christmas so it could have been chaotic but was truly wonderful. He also takes a great picture) The food was outstanding, from the opening oysters through Halibut, Steaks, Duck and finished by the Chocolate Souffle. A glorious wine list, a little intimidating, but lots of ready and willing guidance available if desired. This was a great place for a family holiday dinner. The only consideration is the dining room was a little loud, but that may just be my old ears. And the lighted Public Garden out the windows was a cherry on top!More infoBistro du MidiPrice: Expensive• French• Back Bay•4.7
- RrobinWashington, D.C. Area •9 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoBlu is a calm oasis I. A very busy part of town. The tables are well spaced out, the ambience and lighting just perfect for dining and the views are excellent. The food is good and somewhat conventional. But the service is really, really good. Our server, Val was knowledgeable, gentle, unobtrusive and there when we needed him. Rather old school but a rare treat compared to most restaurants in the area. Overall, we had a great experience.More infoBluPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Theater District•4.6
- HHeidiPhiladelphia County •6 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoWe were a group of 8, and it was a fun evening. We sat upstairs, which made our boisterous conversation easy to follow as we each sampled a variety of delicious dishes. The tuna tartar and the yuca fries as appetizers were a hit, as were the shorty mash and lamb chops for entrees. The meal was capped with crème brûlée. Leena was super friendly and attentive, and I look forward to a return visit!More infoEstellaPrice: Expensive• American• Beacon Hill•4.1
