Our server Sean was fantastic and had an excellent knowledge of the food prepared and the drink menu. For the food you have two options, you can either do Al A Carte or go with the chef curated picks, which is a five course meal. We went with the latter as we weren’t very familiar with Vietnamese cuisine. Oysters were amazing. french onion soup was ok, but nothing special. I ate FILET MIGNON and it was really good. My husband had STEAK FRITES and said it was nothing special, not going to eat it next time. For the desert we ordered PROFITEROLES it was tasty and alot!
