All the dishes we had were superlative - the uni pannacotta in particular.More infoHere's Looking At YouPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Koreatown•4.7
- DDavidLos Angeles •19 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoAnother spectacular meal at Gjelina. I've made it my mission to work my way through the menu, and last night I tried the orecchiette with beef cheek bolognese, Japanese turnip and coal-roasted cabbage - all excellent. Special props to the orecchiette. The pasta was perfectly al dente, the sauce was rich and savory and the addition of the dollop of ricotta bound all the elements together beautifully. Loved it.More infoGjelinaPrice: Expensive• American• Venice•4.7
- SStevenVIPLos Angeles •14 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThe Vespertine experience is off the charts amazing. This was our second visit (our first was pre-pandemic). Some things have changed about the experience, but what you truly are there for, the food, hasn't and it is absolute art. I've been a Jordan Khan fan for a long time, and every time I'm at one of his restaurants, I'm always awed by his creativity. The menu items always work together to tell a story, but the flavor profiles are so different with each course. The service is first rate knowledgable and friendly. Both times we've visited we've had a great time with the service staff. They know the menu deeply, and love to talk about it, or any other fun topic that comes up. The restaurant isn't pretentious at all. It's a bit like being at home, especially if you sit upstairs with a larger party, sitting on your patio or deck and being served the meal of a lifetime. If you do sit upstairs, definitely bring a jacket b/c it's open air. There's heaters and blankets, but it still can be chilly. We went two days ago and all of us are still thinking about he experience, and not the cost. Which is pretty remarkable considering how costly this restaurant is, but both times I've gone to Vespertine, I've left thinking, 'That was totally worth it!'More infoVespertinePrice: Very Expensive• Californian• Culver City•4.8

- MMeganLas Vegas •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoReally awesome experience. We did the bread and Caesar salad as apps which were amazing. Our server did a really nice job pairing wines for us. Brown butter ravioli was decadent and excellent. Loved the butternut squash tortellini, sweet winter pasta. Pro Tip: save some bread to dip in the pasta sauce. Did the Bunet for desert, I didn't love it but my partner did. It was a little too overwhelmingly almondy for me. I would try something different next time. But overall, one of the best meals I've ever had. Every bite was a delight and I will definitely be coming back. Service was excellent. Great choice for a date night.More infoOsteria MozzaPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Hollywood•4.7
