Best Restaurants for Creative Cuisine in Mercer Island

I thought my experience at Mint was fantastic and what I expected. A lot of people who are not used to fusion food or trying new kinds of food will probably not like this place because they are expecting your standard Indian restaurant. This is a place to try new things, not things you are familiar with. Enjoy the mood and come with an open mind. Don't worry about the price. With that mindset, you'll enjoy it. Get the nitrogen chaat and watch the show. Laal Maas for lunch and Golkhand for ice cream. Take a risk and don't stay in the comfort zone.

Excellent service, phenomenal food, stellar wine pairings (worth it to do the reserve). It's eye-watering expensive, but it was the best meal I've ever had!

As always, the food and the service were outstanding. It’s not cheap but it is a value if you like a nice meal, a drink and friendly attentive service.
