- HHelenVIPLos Angeles •32 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOur Favorite restaurant in Venice! Went for Sunday lunch a got the best table on the patio next to the fire pit. Always order the truffle & mushroom pizza. It’s a winner! The smoked salmon and toast with capers and pickles onion, herbed cream cheese spot on. The candied bacon delish! We also had the panini which was excellent…… don’t skip dessert! Warm date cake with a gooey sauce topped with vanilla ice cream Ned’s I say more! Thank you host & hostess for an amazing table.More infoGjelinaPrice: Expensive• American• Venice•4.7
- EEllenSan Francisco Bay Area •41 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWhat a treat! Start with the service and ambiance: elegant, personal, kind, interested in our experience. Choices were unique, beautifully presented and out of this world tasty. Dumplings (chicken and shiitake) were perfect for me, as was the salmon. My husband had the tofu and black rice/black beans. Incredible seasonings/sauces/broths/sides. The highlight, believe it or not, was the pecan torte at the end. Insane. And Vietnamese coffee, of course. Wine and beer options are great too. If you like seafood, pork, beef… I’m sure it’s awesome, I just don’t eat it! On that level it was limited (ie, pectarian/vegetarian) but it was totally worth it. - AAnnaVIPOrange County •10 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had a great evening at Little Sister with friends. We ordered the chicken wings which are fantastic and flavorful; dumplings with a delicious broth and spicy sauce then moved on to the papaya salad and sticky rice. Enjoyed every single bite of these delicious items!More infoLittle Sister - Redondo BeachPrice: Expensive• Southeast Asian• Redondo Beach•4.7
- SStevenNew York City •10 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoVespertine delivered one of the most extraordinary dining experiences we’ve ever had in the United States, rivaling the caliber of Michelin three-star restaurants abroad, such as Boragó in Santiago. The food was a stunning combination of originality, flavor, and artistry, each dish a masterpiece that delighted the palate and the eye. Service was impeccable, with the timing of each course orchestrated to perfection. The building itself is a marvel, adding a unique and modern dimension to the experience. While the evening was nearly flawless, there were a few minor areas for improvement. The final dessert felt overly elaborate and heavy, making it challenging to fully enjoy at the end of such a substantial meal. The dessert room, located near the entrance, was uncomfortably chilly on a cool evening, requiring us to retrieve our coats. Lastly, the $20 valet charge came as an unwelcome surprise, especially considering the restaurant’s high price point and the fact that the parking lot is private and on-site. A clearer sign or complimentary parking would have better matched the overall premium experience. These small critiques aside, Vespertine was a truly unforgettable dining journey—one we would highly recommend to anyone seeking a world-class culinary adventure in Los Angeles.More infoVespertinePrice: Very Expensive• Californian• Culver City•4.8
- DDenisLos Angeles •2 reviews4.0Dined on Nov 23, 2024Overall a very nice restaurant. The Rigatoni Bolognese was good. However was more like a ragu style than Bolognese. Drinks were good. The music was a bit too loud, so it was a bit difficult to talk. Overall I had a good time and would come back again.More infoDecadencePrice: Moderate• Californian• Hermosa Beach•4.3
