The Copper Crow’s food menu features an eclectic collection of American fusion dishes that incorporate international influences, ingredients & cooking methods from various regions around the world. Wherever possible we rely on ingredients that are sustainably & locally sourced. Tuesday through Friday the bar opens at 4pm and the kitchen opens at 5pm and closes at 10pm. The new limited menu is a bit disappointing because of the lack of options, but apparently it's a struggle to keep a kitchen running smoothly, but this seems to be the way in a post-pandemic world for some places. Beer selection is still very good. Service was fast, friendly, efficient. Reservation request was honored.
