- NNadjaLondon •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWhat a wonderful Sunday lunch. Pork belly and Beef Wellington were equally divine. Our daughter's rated the hash browns as the " best ever" and rated the children's menu options highly .The Christmas pudding was delicious according to my husband and the trifle I had contained the best custard I ever tasted. Overall beautifully presented food, attentive service and a laid back, welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely recommend to our friends and return soon. Thank you for the birthday card too, which was a lovely touch.More infoThe Loch & The Tyne by Adam HandlingPrice: Expensive• British• Windsor•4.8

- RRogerLondon •1 review4.0Dined 3 days agoWe first came here a few months previously after a visit to the theatre, and the food was so good we decided to come back for our Xmas meal. The food was outstanding again, I don't think I have ever eaten better in a pub. I had the duck rillette, followed by the venison, ending with the Xmas pudding. All of it was mouth watering, especially so the venison. The table service was exemplary, the staff were obviously taking pride in their work, and rightly so, given the very high standard of the food. One of our party has a food intolerance and the manager Anna (apologies if I have remembered her name incorrectly!) was most helpful. The overall service given was of the highest standard. My only criticisms were really out of the control of the restaurant staff. One was the very high background noise level, but it was the Friday before Xmas! The other revolved around the lack of Xmas menu choice for vegans, especially in the desserts section, where the only vegan option contained peanuts, the most well-known food allergen. The kitchen was restricted by the chain owners' set menu. Greene King take note!More infoThe Ram KingstonPrice: Moderate• British• Kingston upon Thames•4
