The food is delish! I had the Long Island Duck last night. It was perfect. Crispy skin and juicy inside. I also recommend the Double Cut Pork Chop. Service is great, attentive but not hovering.

A Culinary Symphony of Goodness! My husband and I dined at Echo for the first time on Christmas Eve 2024, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment you step through the door, the ambiance transports you with its modern Asian elegance and soft lighting, creating an intimate, yet lively setting. We were seated at a quieter back table with banquette, perfect for conversation. We chose the chef's tasting menu for two after previewing the extensive menu online. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece in appearance and taste. The dishes made you want to close your eyes and savor each morsel. The fried rice was so special that we nearly ordered more to take home. Giovanni, our server, was exceptional, enhancing our experience with his knowledge and attentiveness. The cocktails, especially the Pink Bamboo for gin lovers, were a must-try. While the meal was expensive, the quality of food, service, and overall experience at Echo justify the cost. We're already planning to return for happy hour and future Christmas Eves. Echo is more than just a meal; it's an event, highly recommended for those who appreciate fine dining.

Amazing always Staff is always so kind- in an area like Palm Beach they make you feel like you are their most important guests. Never rushed and always attentive Thank you PB catch team for making a great Christmas Eve for two little boys!! All of our thanks - we can’t say enough about this restaurant. Very friendly service and great hospitality. Decorated nicely for the holiday season. Excellent food. My duck was superb.
