Kristen did her best but it appeared she was the only server when we arrived — which was fine when we first arrived but as the restaurant began to fill up it tended to lend a slower pace to the evening. The food and beverages were stellar and beautifully prepared and presented. The grilled artichokes were excellent. Be sure to ask for the entrees in the secret menu — the chicken cutlet and spaghetti with meat sauce did not disappoint. The halibut was spectacular— the lemon accent was just the right touch. We dine out once a month and Restaurant Claudine will definitely be in the rotation. The savory buttermilk pie was accompanied by a crunchy green salad that complemented the creamy pie. Our red snapper tartare was a perfect medley of flavor and texture. The Wagyu strip loin was rich, well marbled and perfectly cooked, then sliced and served in bitesize strips. We travel and eat out often and we love the ambience, the music, the cocktails and the food is over the top. The eggs Benedict for breakfast was excellent. Most of the menu items are handcrafted! We had 4 different servers at 4 different meals and they were all great! They were friendly and very knowledgeable not to mention highly professional.
